Your information and AO

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your first name, last name, and email address, the page you signed up from, and the time you signed up. We do not ask for trading credentials, account balances, or payment details on this website.

How we use it

We use this information to run the waitlist, contact you about the next AO access group and the intake process, and understand demand for AO. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place in AO.

Where it is stored

This website is hosted on Vercel. Waitlist signups are stored in the database behind the AO platform, which is hosted by Convex. These providers process information to host the site and store signups, and may process it outside your country, where different laws may apply. We limit access to the people who run the waitlist and collect only what the waitlist needs. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Hosting providers may keep technical connection and security logs, such as IP addresses and browser details, for a limited time.

Cookies, analytics, and embedded video

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not load advertising pixels. Fonts are served from this site.

The waitlist page shows a preview image for a YouTube video. The video player only loads if you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Once it loads, YouTube processes information under its own privacy policy.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent waitlist information. We share it only with the service providers above, as needed to run the waitlist, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your waitlist information, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by replying to any email you receive from AO. We keep waitlist information while the waitlist and intake process need it, subject to deletion requests and any legal obligations.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if these practices change, and change the date above when we do. Any materially different use that needs your consent will be presented before that use begins.
