Help with Anomalies Observatory

Tell us what happened

Include your account email, device model, iOS version, app version and the steps that led to the problem. Remove private account details from screenshots. Never send passwords, brokerage credentials or authentication codes.

Sign-in and membership

Anomalies Observatory is free to download and requires an existing AO account. Your membership and permissions determine the features you can use. If you cannot sign in or a module is missing, contact support using the email associated with your account.

Privacy and account deletion

Email joshua@tetherai.ca to request access, correction, export or deletion of your account information. We may need to verify your identity. Uninstalling the app or disconnecting a brokerage account does not delete your platform account.

Read the app privacy notice for the data involved and retention considerations.

Report content or conduct

Send support the location of the content, the relevant username and a brief description of the concern. Include a screenshot if it is safe to share. Do not include unrelated private conversations or account details.
